Founder / Owner Ryan Monis is a seasoned security and investigative professional with 30 ½ years of law enforcement experience, retired as a Senior Investigator III with the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office. Was cross-sworn with the United States Marshals Service, Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Safe Streets Task Force during career. Has extensive expertise in criminal investigations, surveillance operations, evidence collection, case management, and interagency coordination. Proven leader with a strong background in security management through Chandi Group USA, where responsibilities included developing training programs, strengthening security protocols, and overseeing crisis response operations. Demonstrates exceptional judgment, discretion, and compliance with California laws and regulatory standards. Highly qualified to perform licensed private investigation services, including fact-finding, surveillance, risk assessment, and protection of persons, property, and proprietary interests.
